Points

【Recruitment Background】 As reported in recent news, the construction industry is said to be facing a labor shortage. However, many large-scale construction projects, such as commercial facilities, state-of-the-art railways, and sports facilities, are ongoing. To address this, our company aims to train a significant number of construction generalists by eliminating disadvantages for inexperienced and mid-career hires, welcoming them under a "special recruitment framework." We will conduct training through a special education program, allowing us to recruit inexperienced candidates while setting a hiring cap.
