You will be responsible for the development of printer component silicone rubber rollers at a comprehensive materials trading company that handles a wide range of products including industrial rubber, resins, and metals.
When customers (printer manufacturers) develop new products, you will design prototypes and molds for silicone rubber rollers tailored to various orders based on the size and application of the printers. Most of the resin materials used in roller development are also developed in-house. You will be involved in everything from development to mass production.
Organizational Structure:
The team consists of five members: a 35-year-old section chief, a 31-year-old male, and three males in their 20s. The section chief in his 30s and two members primarily lead the development work, and we are looking to recruit more technically skilled individuals due to an increase in orders. The three members in their 20s joined after graduating and were recently transferred from the production department to the development section.
Product Demand:
Although we are entering an era where paperless solutions are being promoted, our orders for silicone rubber rollers are increasing. This demand is driven by needs such as printer scanners.
