Job Description

You will be responsible for quality control of silicone rubber rollers for printer components at a comprehensive materials trading company that handles a variety of products, including industrial rubber, resins, and metals.

Job Details:

You will oversee analysis tasks, handle complaints, manage processes, and engage in ISO-related work. If any issues such as bubbles, swelling, or dents are found during the analysis of prototypes, you will provide feedback to the development team and proceed with identifying the causes. You will also be involved in external negotiations regarding quality inquiries and communication with the ISO secretariat.

Organizational Structure:

The quality control department consists of a section manager (in their 50s) and one member (in their 60s). The career path is envisioned as accumulating skills related to quality control to become a specialist in this field. Since the company has many overseas locations, you will have opportunities for skill enhancement through several overseas business trips each year.

Product Demand:

Although we are entering an era that promotes paperless solutions, our orders for silicone rubber rollers are increasing. This demand is driven by needs such as printer scanners.
