At our company, which manufactures industrial rubber products and rubber rollers for office automation (OA) equipment, you will be responsible for management and reporting (accounting, finance, labor, general affairs, manufacturing, etc.) of domestic factories. We maintain high price competitiveness by developing products in Japan to ensure quality and conducting mass production overseas.

Specific Responsibilities:

You will develop products tailored to client needs at our mother factory in Japan. While many of the developed products are mass-produced at overseas factories, some are produced at domestic facilities. The focus will be on custom-made products with a wide variety of types, small lots, and short delivery times.
After joining, you will manage the factory alongside the current factory manager in a two-person team. The Asahi Factory has 28 members.

Employment Type:

All mid-career hires at our company start as contract employees for one year. While this system is based on the premise of long-term employment, we want our employees to work with a strong sense of professionalism.

Manufacturing Lines and Products:

We manufacture various large metal rollers, including those for large machinery and paper-making rollers, as well as resin, rubber, and PFA rollers. Our offerings include metal processing, rubber cutting, shaft pressing of rubber and sponge, polishing of rubber, sponge, and urethane, as well as PFA tube rollers and integrated molding lines. Each product delivered to customers has different specifications and varying qualities and precisions. We participate from the planning stage to create many uniquely tailored products that meet each customer’s requirements.
