We are recruiting engineers for the technical service department that handles ultra-high-pressure water jet machinery.
Specific Duties:

Field Service Engineer

Delivery and adjustment of machinery, repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance training and operation training for customers on sold machines, development of installation drawings tailored to customer needs, customization and development of products, design and implementation, verification (aerospace and automotive industries), 3D CAD, and operation training for sold machines.

Progress Management

Manage project progress and create related documents (proposals, estimates, construction), coordinate with customers, and prepare internal reports.
Customer Follow-Up

Gather feedback on operational status after delivery and inspection/repair, customer requests, and discover new demands.
Collaboration with Other Departments

Share customer information with other departments to uncover new sales opportunities and improvements for product enhancement.
Note: You will gradually learn the above duties through on-the-job training (OJT), so those without experience can feel assured.
