In our sales department, you will be responsible for proposing and selling our products primarily to domestic manufacturers.
Job Responsibilities:
You will handle corporate sales of our water jet cutting machines. Our customers range from small processing companies to large manufacturers, utilizing our products across various sectors. This position focuses mainly on new business development, although most leads come from customer referrals and inquiries. Instead of random sales efforts, you will select and develop prospects based on how our machines can address specific business challenges.
Due to the niche nature of the machinery, you will first learn about the entire process from order to installation before actively engaging in sales. We seek individuals who want to deeply understand the machine's appeal and work closely with engineers to make proposals. This role is suited for those who prefer to focus intensively on one area rather than a broad overview and enjoy delving into details.
After Joining:
For the first 6-12 months, you will start with back-office operations at the Sakae office to understand company operations and device sales processes. Following this, you will gain technical knowledge through test cuts and maintenance at the Komaki Technical Center. You will then work under senior sales staff in device sales. To ensure you feel secure in your role, you will accompany experienced colleagues until you are ready to operate independently. Even after becoming independent, if you have concerns about the machinery, engineers will accompany you for technical support.
Working at our Kanto (Chiba Prefecture) office is also an option, so we welcome applications from those who wish to work in that region.
Product Features:
Our machines are used by both small businesses and large manufacturers. The high processing capability of water jets and their simple operability differentiate us from domestic competitors. Our detailed after-sales support has received high praise from customers. The water jet system performs cutting and cleaning processes using water pressurized up to 600 MPa through small holes ranging from 0.1 mm to 1 mm.
