■Job summary:
You will be responsible for investigation and estimation for condominium renovation projects.
◇Work flow◇
・When we receive an estimate request from a main contractor, management company, or management association, you will conduct a site investigation and perform quantity takeoff.
・Based on the investigation and quantity takeoff, you will select the specifications and create a construction plan to prepare the estimate.
◇Work flow after joining◇
・After joining, you will learn how to conduct investigations and takeoffs by shadowing senior colleagues and familiarizing yourself with our company’s methods.

◆ Experience using the FKS Estimation System
