We manufacture industrial rubber products, including rubber rolls for OA equipment. You will be responsible for quality control of our in-house products such as rubber rolls for OA equipment. As we continually develop products to meet client demands, new quality management strategies are always necessary.

Job Characteristics:

Our company provides custom-made products that cater to client needs with a focus on diverse varieties, small lots, and short delivery times. This role offers the challenge of handling a wide range of tasks. After development at our domestic factory, mass production will take place at overseas facilities, and you will also be responsible for the transition of the mass production system.

Manufacturing Line and Products:

We manufacture various large metal rollers, including large machine rollers and paper machine rollers made from aluminum. Additionally, we produce resin, rubber, and PFA rollers. Our operations include metal processing, rubber cutting, shaft insertion of rubber and sponge, polishing of rubber, sponge, and urethane, as well as handling PFA tube rollers and integrated molding lines.

All products delivered to individual customers have different specifications, quality, and precision. To meet each customer's specific requests, we participate from the planning stage and create uniquely tailored products. Rather than simply selling products, we provide optimal solutions in close relationships with customers across various fields.
