Job Description:
In construction (施工) projects, you will be responsible for management tasks such as schedule management and quality control.
Main Projects:
You will work on projects handled by leading general contractors (super general contractors) and major to medium-sized general contractors, subcontractors, and large housing manufacturers, all from top-tier construction companies nationwide.
Position:
You will be in a role representing the general contractor or subcontractor, overseeing upstream processes.
Fields:
There are numerous new projects across the country in areas like architecture, interior design, civil engineering, electrical, instrumentation & control, telecommunications, HVAC, plumbing, machinery, fire protection, facility management, and plant construction.

Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or higher
Required experience (one of the following):
- Experience in construction management
- Experience as a site worker

Preferred:
- Construction management qualification

Qualifications:
- 1st Class Construction Management Engineer (preferred)
- 2nd Class Construction Management Engineer (preferred)
