Achieve stable factory operations, improve safety and quality, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and develop new products from an equipment perspective.
[Job Description]
Design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure equipment such as buildings, furnaces, mechanical devices, electrical equipment, and plant infrastructure (roads, water supply, gas, etc.) at a non-ferrous plant. As a key person responsible for civil engineering, you will carry out tasks, coordinate within the team, and serve as a role model for younger employees.
Business trips are domestic and occur a few times a year; there will be little to no use of English.

There are projects of various scales, and you will be involved in the entire process of equipment construction.

Mid-to-large scale construction project lead → Coordinator of internal tasks and player → General civil engineering manager of the department, responsible for the construction of challenging buildings and the development and execution of medium- to long-term maintenance and renewal plans for civil engineering structures.
[Required Qualifications]
At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction work
(Experience on the client or contractor side is acceptable)
Education: High school diploma or higher
[Desired Skills]
Experience in structural calculations for civil structures and buildings, as well as experience in the construction of multiple types of structures
Knowledge and experience with building permit applications
