A comprehensive system that handles everything from design to operation management within one company /
A work structure that allows you to return home once a month>
■Job Description: You will be responsible for construction management in the establishment, maintenance, and renovation of environmental plants, including waste treatment plants. Depending on the project's progress, you will likely begin with equipment construction management (electrical and piping). However, as the company operates with a non-divisional management structure, you may gradually be assigned broader responsibilities, including architectural and civil engineering tasks, depending on the project site.
The company participates in projects from the planning phase, where they develop construction plans and schedules in accordance with the specific conditions of each project. You will also oversee equipment deliveries and manage on-site construction. As the main contractor, you will be responsible for directing a wide range of subcontractors, including general contractors (zenkon).
The scale of the facilities may vary, but the typical project duration, including design, is approximately three years. Many of the contracts exceed 10 billion yen in value.
■Work Environment: The company is actively promoting work style reforms and has implemented a timekeeping management system. Specifically, the system logs computer activity, and if any discrepancies are detected, alerts are triggered to prevent employees from engaging in unpaid overtime.
The role requires nationwide travel, and in some cases, you may be stationed at a project site for up to 1.5 years. However, since the site team consists of four members, you will have the flexibility to take paid leave on weekdays. Additionally, there are monthly meetings at the headquarters, and many employees take time off in the surrounding area to spend time with their families.

■About the company’s stability: Ebara Corporation was founded in 1912 as a pump manufacturer and has contributed to the development of social infrastructure over more than 100 years of history. In 2009, the company underwent a business restructuring, splitting off the environmental plant business to form the current entity. In the waste management industry, where permits and approvals are strictly regulated, it is difficult for other companies to enter the market. Ebara, however, has over 60 years of experience in this field, with unique expertise and advanced incineration technology. The company has delivered over 400 facilities and has been entrusted with the operation and management of more than 80 facilities, ensuring a high level of stability.
