The team on-site operates with 4 members, allowing for flexible time off. /
The company handles everything from design to operation management, offering a streamlined, integrated system. /

■Job Description:You will be responsible for construction management in the establishment, maintenance, and renovation of environmental plants, including waste treatment plants. A unique feature of the company’s construction management approach is that it does not follow a strict hierarchical division of labor, allowing you to be involved in a wide range of tasks, including architecture, civil engineering, piping, and electrical work, depending on the specific project.
While the scope of the work may vary based on the site’s progress, it is highly likely that you will begin with construction management in the area you have previous experience. Additionally, the company participates in projects from the planning stage, creating construction plans and schedules based on each project’s specific conditions. They also manage equipment delivery and oversee construction activities on-site. As a general contractor, you will often be in charge of directing multiple subcontractors, including major general contractors (zenekon), on the ground.
Project durations typically span around three years, including the design phase, with many contracts exceeding 10 billion yen in value, depending on the size of the facility.

■Work Environment:The company is actively promoting work style reforms and has implemented an attendance management system. Specifically, the system tracks computer log data and triggers alerts if there are discrepancies, ensuring that employees are not subjected to unpaid overtime.
While business trips across the country are required, and some assignments may involve being stationed at a site for up to a year and a half, the on-site teams typically operate with a 4-member structure. This allows for flexible time off, including taking paid leave on weekdays. Additionally, there are monthly meetings at the head office, so many employees use this opportunity to take time off nearby and spend time with their families.
