You will be responsible for site construction management of public building projects within Okinawa Prefecture.

[Working Environment]
The company handles everything from planning, design, and construction of apartments, condominiums, and residential buildings, to the design and construction of commercial facilities and public facilities.
Since its founding, the company has been involved in civil engineering and construction in Okinawa Prefecture. In civil engineering, the company has built a strong track record, participating in numerous public works projects, including marine civil engineering, road construction, land development, bridge construction, and water and sewer works.
Through these projects, the company contributes to the development of a comfortable social infrastructure in Okinawa Prefecture.

・Practical experience in construction management
・PC skills (Excel, Word)
・Driver's license or Motorcycle license (for work-related travel)

・1st or 2nd Class Construction Management Engineer (or equivalent)
Qualification required.

Construction Management

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Hours may vary depending on the site)
