Job Description

Paving Construction Site Manager

You will be involved in the construction management of asphalt paving projects for roads, parking lots, and more.
Our company, with a 75-year history, is a stable and community-rooted organization.
We also welcome U-turn and I-turn applicants.
Graduates of construction-related courses with construction management qualifications (such as paving, civil engineering, machinery, plumbing, etc.) will be prioritized.

The primary work site is located in Ozu City.
There is a subsidy system for obtaining necessary qualifications for the job.

Mandatory Requirements

Practical experience in civil paving construction management
Valid driver's license (standard vehicle) required

Preferred Requirements

Qualifications (one of the following required):

2nd Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer
2nd Class Landscaping Construction Management Engineer
Construction Machinery Operator (for leveling, transporting, loading, and excavating)
Paving Construction Management Technician
Construction Machinery Construction Engineer, etc.
