Job Description

① Construction Management Duties
①-1 Building Construction Management:
You will be responsible for project site management at various client sites, primarily with super general contractors in the 23 wards of Tokyo. Your tasks will include:
・Schedule management, construction procedure management, and method management
・Quality control (management of strength, materials, structure, etc.)
・Safety management (prevention of worker accidents, pollution control, etc.)
・Handling various inspections, attending inspections, and preparing completion documents.

② Building Design Duties
②-1 Basic design and presentation material creation, creating design models for review, and detailed design work:
You will be responsible for converting 2D drawings into 3D models.
Tools used: AUTOCAD, Revit, Vectorworks, Photoshop, Illustrator.

②-2 Production Design Duties (Construction Drawing Creation)
Working on-site, you will create production drawings and construction drawings, perform checks, and coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and partner companies. This includes managing drawing records and creating production design plans.
You will also be responsible for creating 3D models of general plans and creating 3D presentation drawings for clients.
Tools used: AUTOCAD, Revit.

High school graduate or higher
