Job Description

You will be responsible for construction management related to the air conditioning, water supply and drainage, and sanitary facilities of buildings.
Organization

(1) Construction Department (Nirasaki City): Primarily engaged in the construction and management of water supply, air conditioning, and sanitary facilities for private and public buildings within Yamanashi Prefecture. We handle a wide range of projects, from general residential buildings to large-scale constructions, supporting the lives of our community.
(2) Processing Department (Nirasaki City): Manufactures prefabricated pipes (processed pipes) mainly for sanitary piping used in fire protection systems around the Tokyo and Kanto areas.
(3) Tokyo Office (Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo): Serves as the sales base for the Processing Department.

This recruitment is for a construction manager (site supervisor) in the Construction Department (1).
We have a solid support system from seniors and supervisors, providing opportunities to work on large projects from an early stage if you have the necessary skills.

Daily Work Flow (Pattern 1)

7:45 AM: Arrive at the office. Perform administrative tasks and drafting work.
10:30 AM: Visit clients. Discuss construction specifications and schedules.
2:00 PM: Return to the office. Inquire about meeting details and prepare documents and drawings.
5:00 PM: Go home.

Daily Work Flow (Pattern 2)

7:30 AM: Go directly to the site. Prepare for today’s work at the site office.
8:00 AM: Conduct a morning meeting and start work.
Check progress at the site office, prepare documents as needed, and make inquiries to ensure smooth project management.
5:00 PM: End of today's construction work. Clean up, check the site, and head home directly.

Mandatory Requirements

Practical experience in construction management of building air conditioning and sanitary equipment

・Those who can create construction drawings using CAD
・Those who can use Microsoft Office(Word and Excel)
・driver's license

Preferred Requirements

Candidates with a First-Class or Second-Class Pipe Construction Management Engineer certification
