Job Description

① Construction Management Tasks
①-1 Building Construction Management:
At various project sites for our clients, primarily major general contractors in the 23 wards of Tokyo, the responsibilities include:
・Schedule Management: Managing timelines, construction procedures, and methods.
・Quality Control: Overseeing materials, strength, and structural integrity.
・Safety Management: Ensuring disaster prevention, pollution control, and the safety of workers.
・Inspection Coordination: Handling various inspections, attending inspection meetings, and preparing completion documents.

② Building Design Tasks
②-1 Basic Design and Presentation Materials:
Involves creating 3D models from 2D drawings, as well as developing presentation models for design review. This also includes detailed design work.
Software Used: AutoCAD, Revit, Vectorworks, Photoshop, Illustrator

②-2 Production Design (Construction Drawings Creation):
Working on-site to create, review, and check production and construction drawings. The role also involves meetings with clients, designers, on-site teams, and subcontractors, and managing records of the drawings and documents. Production design drawings, process management, and comprehensive diagrams are created using 3D modeling. Additionally, creating 3D model diagrams for client presentations.
Software Used: AutoCAD, Revit

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum Education: High school graduate or above

Required Qualifications:
・At least 3 years of on-site experience, or
・At least 2 years of experience in design or creating construction drawings
