You will be responsible for the technical aspects of either a pharmaceutical plant or membrane separation equipment plant.
You will work on pharmaceutical plants (such as sterile preparation systems, pharmaceutical water production systems, drink/external use/fixed formulation systems, etc.) and membrane separation systems as a process engineer.

You will support client companies comprehensively, from identifying their needs to proposal creation, plant design, and equipment design planning.
You will coordinate with the on-site team and the purchasing department to ensure smooth equipment introduction and project execution.
The company offers integrated support, from design to machinery fabrication and startup, providing customers with development and manufacturing solutions tailored to their needs.
《Main Duties》
・Responding to inquiries and proposals for client companies.
・Creating proposals and cost estimates (quotations) based on customer requirements.
・Order receipt and equipment design.
・Procuring necessary materials and managing related tasks.
・Construction management (coordinating with clients and construction companies).

From extracting customer needs, creating proposals and plant designs, arranging procurement, overseeing installation work, to conducting commissioning and implementation, the company addresses challenges related to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment for its partner companies. In maintenance tasks, you will negotiate not only with customers but also with partner companies. Your role will be to translate customer requests into tangible solutions.
Through repeated meetings, you will collaborate with the design department and partner companies to procure materials as well. In maintenance work, you will play a supervisory role, overseeing the final commissioning and the creation of as-built documentation.
Upon joining, you will first get involved in projects in your area of expertise (mechanical design, electrical design, construction management, etc.), and as you gain experience, you will aim to become a project manager, overseeing projects in their entirety.
