Salary Details

・Estimated Annual Income: ¥4,050,000 – ¥7,040,000 ・Wage System: Monthly Salary ・Monthly Salary: ¥253,300 – ¥440,000 (including fixed allowances) Monthly Base Salary: ¥211,300 – ¥370,000 Fixed Overtime Allowance/Month: ¥42,000 – ¥70,000 (for 25 hours and 40 minutes of fixed overtime per month). Overtime beyond this is paid additionally. Fixed overtime allowance is provided depending on the employee’s job grade. Additional overtime pay will be provided for any hours worked beyond the fixed overtime. The amount and time corresponding to the fixed overtime will vary based on the employee's job grade. Specific details will be provided during the interview. The listed figures may change (up or down) depending on the selection process. The monthly salary (base salary) includes fixed allowances.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the technical aspects of either a pharmaceutical plant or membrane separation equipment plant.

You will work on pharmaceutical plants (such as sterile preparation systems, pharmaceutical water production systems, drink/external use/fixed formulation systems, etc.) or membrane separation systems, focusing on process engineering tasks.

You will support client companies comprehensively, from identifying their needs to proposal creation, plant design, and equipment design planning.
You may also be involved in coordinating with on-site teams and the purchasing department to ensure the smooth introduction of equipment.
The company provides integrated support, from design to machinery fabrication and startup, offering solutions tailored to customer needs.

《Main Duties》
Responding to inquiries from client companies and making proposals.
Creating proposals and cost estimates (quotations) based on customer requirements.
Order receipt and equipment design.
Procuring and managing necessary materials.
Construction management (coordinating with clients and construction companies)

■Details:
The company, being a fabless (non-manufacturing) enterprise, leverages its agility to provide fast and appropriate solutions, which has led to business expansion. The company addresses challenges related to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, providing solutions from the extraction of customer needs to proposal creation, plant design, procurement arrangements, equipment installation, and commissioning. In maintenance tasks, you will also negotiate with both customers and partner companies. Your role will be to translate customer requests into concrete solutions.

Through repeated meetings, you will work closely with the design department and partner companies to procure materials. In maintenance work, you will play a supervisory role, overseeing final commissioning and the creation of as-built documentation.

Upon joining, you will first get involved in projects in your area of expertise (mechanical design, electrical design, construction management, etc.) and, as you gain experience, you will aim to become a project manager capable of overseeing projects in their entirety.

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Standard working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes) Break Time: 60 minutes (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM) Overtime: Yes Monthly overtime is approximately 30 hours.

Probationary Period
