■Job Description:
You will be responsible for the maintenance of pharmaceutical plants installed by our company for major pharmaceutical manufacturers. This includes maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, such as injection drug production equipment, biopharmaceutical facilities, and membrane separation equipment used in food and chemical industries.
■Working Hours:
In the case of installation work at client sites, shifts may be required to align with client working hours.
■Maintenance Role Characteristics:
-Maintenance of equipment installed by our company is also an opportunity to collect information for equipment modification and updates, and you will be part of the sales team.
-We emphasize deepening relationships with existing clients as an important part of daily operations.
■Details:

We address challenges related to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment for our clients, including identifying needs, proposal creation, plant design, procurement arrangements, equipment installation, and commissioning.
In the maintenance role, you will be negotiating not only with clients but also with partner companies. You will turn client requests into concrete actions and make them a reality. Through repeated discussions, you will collaborate with the design department and partner companies to procure materials. As part of the maintenance work, you will take on the role of supervisor, overseeing the final commissioning and preparation of the completion documents.
After joining the company, you will initially be involved in projects in your area of expertise (mechanical design, electrical design, construction management, etc.) to gain experience, and eventually work towards becoming a project manager who can oversee entire projects.
High school diploma or higher
■Required Qualifications:
◇Experience in the maintenance of equipment involving piping, such as pharmaceutical or food plant equipment
◇Experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales or sales engineering, is a plus
