Job Description

You will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect rental property based on their needs, such as "I want a spacious apartment" or "I prefer a room with good sunlight."


Room Tours:
You will listen carefully to the customer's lifestyle and preferences, then suggest properties that match their criteria. Once the customer finds a property they’re interested in, you will accompany them to the site for a tour. If they like the property, you'll assist them in finalizing the contract.
Most of the properties are located in Sanmu City, and even the farthest ones are about a 20-minute drive by car.

Property Documentation Creation:
You will gather information for housing websites and create materials for client presentations. This may include taking photos and checking the location of available properties to ensure you provide customers with fresh and accurate information.


Managing Leased Properties:
You will manage properties owned by landlords, including tasks like overseeing tenant move-outs and proposing renovation ideas.

Emergency Response for Managed Properties:
You will be the point of contact for tenants with questions or issues. When there’s a problem with a property, you will respond to emergencies and make sure tenants’ needs are met. This includes conducting regular property inspections to ensure everything is in good condition.
Your goal is to create a comfortable living environment for tenants, ensuring they are happy and satisfied with their homes.

Mandatory Requirements

・Experience in rental property sales in Japan
・Valid driver's license
・Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email usage

Preferred Requirements

・Real Estate Transaction Specialist License
・Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (for creating flyers and other marketing materials)
