Responsible for the technology of pharmaceutical plants or membrane separation equipment
You will be responsible for the process engineering work related to pharmaceutical plants (such as aseptic preparation equipment, pharmaceutical water production equipment, drink/external medicine/fixed dosage preparation equipment, etc.) and/or membrane separation equipment.
●Job Details:
You will support client companies in a comprehensive manner, from extracting their needs to proposal, plant design work, and the creation of equipment design plans. In executing your duties, you may also need to coordinate with the field and procurement departments to ensure smooth equipment implementation.
Our company provides consistent support from design and machinery manufacturing to plant commissioning, offering development and manufacturing equipment tailored to customer needs.
《Main Responsibilities》

・Proposing equipment based on customer requirements, and preparing quotations (cost estimates)

・Construction management (coordination with customers and contractors)
■Details:
The company is expanding its business by leveraging the flexibility of a fabless model (without owning factories) to provide quick and appropriate solutions. From extracting customer needs, proposals, plant design work, procurement arrangements, equipment installation, to commissioning, the company addresses challenges related to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment for client companies. In maintenance work, you will also be negotiating with both customers and partner companies. You will take customer requests expressed verbally and turn them into tangible solutions. Through meetings and collaboration with the design department and partner companies, you will also manage material procurement. In maintenance work, you will be involved in supervisory roles, final commissioning, and creating completed documentation.
After joining the company, you will initially engage in projects in your area of expertise (mechanical design, electrical design, construction management, etc.) and, as you gain experience, you will aim to become a project manager capable of overseeing the entire project.
