Responsibilities for Pharmaceutical Plants or Membrane Separation Equipment Plant Technology
You will be responsible for the process engineering of either pharmaceutical plants (e.g., aseptic preparation systems, pharmaceutical water production systems, beverage/topical/fixed preparation systems, etc.) or membrane separation equipment.

You will support client companies by extracting their needs, proposing solutions, designing plants, and preparing equipment design plans.
Your role will also involve coordinating between the field teams and the purchasing department to ensure smooth equipment installation.

・Responding to inquiries from client companies and providing proposals.
・Proposing equipment tailored to customer requirements and preparing quotations (cost estimates).
・Order receipt and equipment design.
・Procurement and management of necessary materials.
・Construction management (coordinating with clients and construction companies).

We support our client companies in solving challenges related to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, from extracting client needs and designing plants, to procurement, equipment installation, commissioning, and testing.
Maintenance duties also involve negotiating with both clients and partner companies. You will work to turn customer requests into concrete solutions, holding discussions and collaborating with the design team and partners. You will also be involved in procurement of materials.
In the maintenance phase, you will supervise the work and be involved in the final commissioning and creation of completion documents.
After joining, you will start by working on projects in your area of expertise (e.g., mechanical design, electrical design, construction management, etc.), gaining experience while working towards becoming a project manager who can oversee projects from start to finish.
