Job Responsibilities:
As an engineer at the company, you will initially be responsible for the design of pharmaceutical manufacturing plants based on your skill set. After gaining experience, you will gradually take on a broader role, including design, construction management, and commissioning. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment that supports pharmaceutical manufacturing, including injection drug manufacturing plants and biopharmaceutical production plants.
※Most construction work will be conducted during the client's operating days, so weekend work is minimal.
※For installation projects, shift work may be required to align with the client’s working hours.

Recently, the department has undergone restructuring, and engineers are now assigned to specific teams for existing clients. These teams work closely with the sales department for daily operations.

・As part of your work, you will also interact with partner companies and collaborate with them on various aspects of the project.
・Using information provided by the sales team, you will translate the client's needs into technical designs and solutions. Through multiple meetings and detailed designs, you will work with the parent company’s design department and partners to procure necessary materials.
・As a designer, you will supervise pre-delivery inspections and oversee equipment construction, with involvement in final commissioning and the preparation of completion documents.
・Upon joining, you will initially contribute in areas of expertise such as mechanical design, electrical design, or construction management. Over time, you will gain the experience to manage projects comprehensively and take on a project manager role.
