◇ Job Overview:
You will be performing painting work at a painting factory (Sodegaura Factory), as well as on-site at Kitashiba Electric Co., Ltd. and Toshiba Keihin Division.
The products to be painted include energy equipment, such as machinery used in thermal and hydroelectric power plants, as well as equipment for substations. In the future, painting work for offshore wind turbines will also be added to the scope.
The products we paint are used not only in Japan but also around the world, and we are engaged in work that will leave a legacy for future generations.
◇ Work Process:
Product arrival → Pre-treatment work → Painting work → Inspection → Packaging → Shipment
Whether at the factory or on-site, the basic work process follows the steps above.
For this job opening, we are seeking candidates who can perform the painting tasks outlined above. However, even if you don't have extensive experience, as long as you have an interest in painting work, we will train you to become a skilled painter.
