You will work as a Construction Project Manager for building and repair projects.
Examples of completed projects: Marunouchi Eiraku Building, Shibuya Hikarie, Yomiuri Shimbun Tokyo Headquarters Building, etc.

You will participate in the bidding process for projects acquired by the sales team and also take part in presentations. After securing a project, you will be involved in tasks such as developing repair plans, creating budgets, and selecting partner companies. Your assigned area will mainly be within the Kanto region, including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama.
