Our company’s condominium renovation business, which supports the company alongside the construction painting business. As a construction estimator for our large-scale condominium renovation projects, you will play a key role in estimating the required resources, such as personnel and budget, for the projects.
▼ Job Details:
You will be responsible for creating estimation proposals and cost estimates for condominium renovation projects for our existing clients. Our clients are condominium management companies, and your duties will include:
Visiting clients (approximately 2 to 4 times a month)
Conducting on-site inspections of condominiums and buildings
Planning construction schedules while considering clients’ budgets and needs
Attending presentations with the construction management team

◇After joining, you will receive on-the-job training (OJT) tailored to your experience. For those with no prior experience, you will assist senior staff and participate in various projects.
◇The company fully covers the cost of qualification courses, such as for the 1st Class Construction Management Engineer certification. During the course, you will be treated as an employee, and there is a one-time bonus upon passing and additional allowances after obtaining qualifications.
◇To deepen your knowledge of condominium renovation work, you will also be given opportunities to train on-site during construction projects.
