You will be responsible for construction and repair project management.
Notable Projects: Marunouchi Eiraku Building, Shibuya Hikarie, Yomiuri Shimbun Tokyo Headquarters, etc.
▼Detailed Responsibilities:
You will participate in competitive bidding for projects acquired by the sales team, including making presentations. After a project is awarded, you will be responsible for creating repair plans, establishing budgets, selecting subcontractors, and other preparatory tasks necessary for the repair work. The projects you will handle are primarily located in the Kanto region (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama).
