Job Description

■Job Overview:
As a construction manager for large-scale apartment renovation projects, you will be responsible for overseeing various tasks such as rooftop waterproofing, exterior wall repairs, metal part painting, and barrier-free measures. With a decrease in new construction projects, the demand for renovation work is increasing day by day.

[Job Details]
You will be responsible for tasks such as developing renovation plans, creating budgets, and selecting subcontractors—activities that are essential for renovation work. Renovation projects in apartments are carried out while residents are still living in the building, so safety is a critical aspect of the work. However, this also makes the role highly rewarding. The work area will be within Miyagi Prefecture.

■Working Environment:
The company employs a wide range of age groups, from those in their 20s to those in their 70s. The company has a comprehensive qualification support system, providing an environment where young employees can gain experience, while more experienced professionals can also thrive. The company fosters a long-term, stable organizational culture that encourages both newcomers and seasoned veterans to contribute and develop.
