Smart Factory: A smart factory utilizes digital technologies such as AI and IoT to connect machine tools and production lines through a network, resulting in efficient and highly productive manufacturing facilities. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing smart factory initiatives through the integration of manufacturing and IT.
After joining, you will undergo a three-month training program to develop the following three skills:
- Sensing Skills:** Deepening understanding of sensor devices.
- Statistical and Analytical Skills:** Conducting cause analysis from multiple data sources.
- Data Processing Skills:** Processing large volumes of data using tools such as macros, VBA, and Python.
Once you have acquired these skills, you will work at major manufacturers in the Tokai region.
[Expected Duties]
- Promoting smart factory initiatives in the design of production equipment, line design, and process design for various manufacturing companies.
- Confirming specifications and design details in product development processes for various manufacturers, planning and executing evaluation plans, and analyzing results.
- Visualizing production capacity and production plans in product development processes for various manufacturers, and proposing optimal production plans.
[Future Prospects]
After gaining substantial practical experience, you will aim for Level 3 smart factories that utilize collaborative robots. Following this, we envision a career path where you can provide consulting services to companies looking to implement factory IoT solutions.
[Project Examples]
- Selecting sensors for data extraction from existing equipment and developing plans.
- Visualizing the operational status of production equipment using sensors.
- Visualizing processed data using BI tools or conducting causal analysis.
- Calculating production efficiency using AI and proposing optimization plans.
Education: Generally, a diploma from a technical school (science-related field) or higher.
Required Qualifications:
