Job Description

[Job Overview]
As a construction manager for large-scale apartment renovation projects, you will oversee tasks such as rooftop waterproofing, exterior wall repairs, metal part painting, and barrier-free measures. With the decrease in the number of new construction projects, the demand for renovation work is growing every day.

[Job Details]
You will be responsible for preparing renovation plans, budgets, and selecting subcontractors—essential tasks for renovation projects. Since the renovations take place while residents are still living in the building, safety becomes a key consideration on-site. However, this also makes the work highly rewarding. The work area will be within Miyagi Prefecture.
