■Job Overview:
As a construction manager for large-scale apartment renovation projects, you will be involved in tasks such as roof waterproofing, exterior wall work, steel part painting, and barrier-free measures. With the decline in new construction starts, the demand for renovation work is expanding daily.

You will be responsible for preparing repair plans, setting budgets, and selecting subcontractors, among other tasks required for renovation projects. Since renovations take place in buildings with residents, safety is a critical focus at these work sites. However, this also makes the job highly rewarding. Your assigned work area will be within Miyagi Prefecture.
