Job Description

[About the Energy Plant Business Division]
We handle the construction of facilities such as nuclear and thermal power plants, plant painting, corrosion prevention work for steel structures (e.g., oil storage tanks, gas facilities, railway and road bridges), concrete anti-corrosion work, and more.

[Job Description]
・On-site management of painting work at Fukushima Daiichi and Daini Nuclear Power Plants
・Planning, estimating, and creating documents such as construction proposals and work commencement paperwork for clients during site inspections
・Meetings and negotiations with clients (construction, safety, scheduling, etc.)
・Daily management of radiation levels and maintaining radiation management logs
・Sales activities at facilities such as Hitachi-Naka Thermal Power Plant, Haramachi Thermal Power Plant, and Soma Joint Thermal Power Plant

[Work Flow]
・Conduct safety morning briefings and TBM (Tool Box Meeting) / KY (Kiken Yochi, hazard prediction) with the client. Afterward, accompany workers to the site and manage the work.
・In the afternoon, submit the work schedule for the next day to the client, have a meeting, and report the completion of the day's work.
・If there are other meetings or tasks, leave the site to handle them. Estimate preparation and safety documentation will be managed without disrupting the work site.
・Radiation management tasks
・Sales visits to neighboring thermal power plants

[Training System]
