[About the Energy Plant Business Division]
We are involved in the construction of facilities such as nuclear and thermal power plants, plant painting, corrosion prevention for steel structures (including oil storage tanks, gas facilities, railroads, and road bridges), and concrete anti-corrosion works, among others.
[Job Description]
On-site management of painting work at Fukushima Daiichi and Daini Nuclear Power Plants
Site inspections and preparing construction plans, estimates, and work commencement documents for clients
Meetings and negotiations with clients (covering construction, safety, scheduling, and other aspects)
Daily radiation level monitoring and maintaining radiation management logs
Sales activities at nearby thermal power plants, including Hitachi-Naka, Haramachi, and Soma Joint Thermal Power Plants
[Work Flow]
Conduct safety morning briefings with the client and perform TBM (Tool Box Meeting) and KY (Kiken Yochi, hazard prediction) activities. Afterward, accompany workers to the site and manage the work.
In the afternoon, submit the next day’s work schedule to the client, have a meeting, and report the completion of the day’s work.
If other meetings or tasks arise, leave the site to handle them. Estimation and safety document preparation will be done outside the site as needed, without disrupting the work.
Perform radiation management duties
Conduct sales visits to neighboring thermal power plants
