[About the Energy Plant Business Division]
The Energy Plant Business Division handles construction work related to nuclear and thermal power plant facilities, plant painting, steel structure rust prevention (such as oil storage tanks, gas facilities, railroads, and road bridges), concrete corrosion protection work, and more.
[Job Responsibilities]
・Site Management for Painting Work at Fukushima Daiichi and Daini Nuclear Power Plants.
・Site Inspections and preparing construction plans, estimates, and start-up documents for clients.
・Client Meetings and negotiations regarding construction, safety, scheduling, etc.
・Daily Radiation Monitoring and keeping radiation management records.
・Sales Activities for nearby thermal power plants like Hitachi-Naka Thermal Power, Haramachi Thermal Power, and Soma Kyodo Thermal Power.
[Workflow]
・After holding a safety briefing (TBM/KY) with the client, accompany workers to the site and manage the work.
・In the afternoon, submit the work schedule for the following day to the client, hold a meeting, and report the completion of the day’s work.
・If other meetings or tasks arise, leave the site temporarily to handle them. Estimations and safety document creation should not interfere with ongoing site work.
・Perform radiation management duties.
・Conduct sales visits to nearby thermal power plants.

[Training System]

[Required Qualifications]
・Experience in plant construction management

・1st-Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician certification
Education: High school diploma or higher

・Experience in site management (safety, quality, schedule, cost control) (experience in fields other than painting is acceptable)
・Experience working under radiation management
・Experience in painting work or knowledge of paint materials
