We are looking for designers for commercial facilities, apparel stores, hotels, and restaurants.

・Store design focused on luxury brands (apparel, jewelry)
・Hotel design and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) design for international brands

[Required Experience]
・At least 5 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer (with hotel design experience required).
・Ability to create drawings (especially using Vectorworks).

Education: High school diploma or higher.

[Preferred Qualifications]
Candidates who are proficient in English or Chinese for business purposes will be given preference.

[Desired Candidate Characteristics]
・Someone who has experience in both the design and construction processes, with particular strengths and confidence in their area of expertise.
・Candidates who have worked at design firms or design-build companies like ours (e.g., Nomura Co., Ltd., Tanseisha, etc.).
・Those with experience working on luxury brand or hotel projects.
・An active and positive individual.
