Job Description
You will be responsible for handling customer service for vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance, including estimates, explaining work details, contacting customers, and managing sales settlements with both customers and manufacturers. If you love cars and enjoy interacting with people, this role will allow you to thrive in an area you're passionate about. Using the BMW-specific system for input tasks, you will smoothly coordinate with mechanics and sales personnel to ensure customers receive their vehicles in a timely and satisfactory condition.

Detailed Responsibilities:

In a stylish showroom that opened in 2018, you will handle the reception of repairs, inspections, and vehicle checks, as well as provide estimates and explain the details of the work to customers. Once you become familiar with the role, you will also be involved in sales promotion activities. You will become a specialist in MINI, knowing every detail about the brand.
With a goal to make Yamanashi Prefecture full of MINIs, you will propose MINI cars and their lifestyle aspects to customers daily. You'll listen to their needs, suggest the best options, and help them enjoy their MINI vehicles.
About the Company:
We are the only MINI authorized dealer in Yamanashi Prefecture. As a service advisor, your role involves proposing and handling maintenance for BMW MINI, which is equipped with the latest technologies from BMW. Regular driver’s license (AT limited is acceptable)
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)

Experience working at a car dealership
Automotive mechanic certification (2nd grade or higher)

Fixed overtime allowance (¥15,000–¥23,000)
Regardless of whether overtime work is performed, a fixed overtime allowance for 10 hours is paid, with any excess paid additionally.
