Job Description
At our company, which primarily focuses on civil engineering projects to prevent disasters in mountainous areas around Yamanashi Prefecture, you will work as a civil engineering construction manager.

Specifics:
We receive requests from private civil engineering and construction companies located in Yamanashi Prefecture, and most of the work will be focused on projects within Yamanashi. This means long-term business trips are rare, and the average commute to the site is about 1.5 hours.

Team Structure:
The team consists of 8 members:

4 with a Class 1 Civil Engineering qualification
2 with a Class 2 Civil Engineering qualification
2 with a Class 2 Architecture qualification
We offer a support system for acquiring certifications, and you will have an environment where you can aim to obtain qualifications through your work. Additionally, after on-site management tasks, there is a routine of handling paperwork in the office, with minimal overtime hours.

Company Features:
We own a variety of machinery suited to different construction methods and can quickly and appropriately handle projects of varying scales and conditions.
We specialize in slope and embankment repairs and are expanding our business to include associated construction services and ICT-based surveying work.

Practical experience in civil engineering construction management (site supervision)
On-site experience
Ability to operate a computer (Excel, Word)
Driver’s license

First-class Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer or Second-class Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer
Practical experience in slope construction management
