◇Job Description◇
・You will be responsible for the construction management of condominium renovation projects, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
(Large-scale repairs, roof waterproofing, exterior wall renovations, painting of iron parts, after-maintenance, etc.)
・The average size of the condominiums you will manage is about 50 units.
・There are also projects with 300 to 400 units that you may be assigned to.
