Our company is part of a group listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market and is engaged in the human resources business.
As part of a new business initiative, we have launched a support program for foreign nationals, and we are looking for someone to support individuals from Myanmar.
Registered Support Business: This business supports foreign nationals who have acquired the specific skills residency status (特定技能) by assisting them with employment and providing follow-up support after they start their jobs. Essentially, the role involves supporting Myanmar nationals (with specific skills status) who wish to work in Japan, assisting them with both their work and daily life in Japan. This is a fulfilling and impactful job that greatly benefits those wishing to work in Japan.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment using social media platforms
Follow-up for entry and exit processes
Support with housing, utilities, and administrative procedures
Job matching
Regular interviews and consultation support after employment
Currently, the registered support business is helping many foreign nationals, and the company plans to expand this service further. As part of a group listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market, the company offers a stable work environment with proper paid leave and other employee benefits.
Ability to speak Myanmar language
Ability to read, write, and communicate in Japanese (N2–N1 level)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office operations
Work experience in a supervising organization or registered support agency
Experience in managing foreign personnel

Twice a year
Housing allowance: ¥5,000–¥15,000 (subject to conditions)
Leader allowance: ¥5,000–¥10,000 (subject to conditions)
Family allowance: ¥5,000–¥10,000 (subject to conditions)
Qualification acquisition incentive: ¥15,000–¥150,000
Overtime allowance, commuting allowance, etc.
Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday, *however, some Saturdays may be business days according to the company calendar), public holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacation
Annual paid leave, special leave (bereavement leave, maternity leave, public leave, training leave, relocation preparation leave, childcare and caregiving leave), 120 days off per year
Salary increase: Once a year
