Salary Details

Annual Salary: 3.5 million yen to 6.5 million yen Annual wage revision: Once per year Monthly Salary: 200,000 yen to 370,000 yen Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, age, and other factors, in accordance with company policies. Example of Annual Salary 1 to 5 years of design experience: 3.5 million yen to 5 million yen More than 6 years of design experience: 4.5 million yen to 6.5 million yen Commuting Allowance: Commuting expenses will be provided (with a monthly cap of 150,000 yen).

Job Description

At our company, you will be working as a mechanical design engineer on development projects for our clients (large manufacturers in industries such as automobiles, automotive parts, and industrial equipment). Your tasks will involve designing product mechanisms and enclosures, as well as performing analysis work, using 3D CAD.

For example:
・Arm-type Robot: Mechanism design based on specifications
・Medical Devices: Design and development of plastic molded parts
・Hoverbike Body: Overall design coordination of the structure and mechanisms

Mandatory Requirements

[Required]
At least 1 year of experience in structural design or complex shape design.

Specifically, we are looking for candidates with experience in the following:
・Experience in the entire design process, including:
・Specifying requirements, basic design, detailed design
・Assembly and production line planning
・Creating design documents and other written materials
・Managing parts procurement

Highest level of education: Graduate school, University, or High school graduate
