Job Description

[Job Description]

You will be involved in the planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance of core business systems. Your role will include programming tasks within various system development projects.

[Project Details]

- The development work primarily focuses on ERP projects such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Tagetik, and OutSystems, as well as custom design and development using Java, C#, and .NET. We also handle a wide range of projects including low-code development, agile development, ETL tools, and CRM systems.
- There are orders from system subsidiaries that allow for close collaboration with end users, as well as orders from major SIers and consulting firms that cover a broad range of processes from upstream to downstream.
- Some projects are prime contracts, and we are focusing on increasing the proportion of prime contracts in the future.

Mandatory Requirements

【Required】

Experience with one of the following
・Test process+SQL experience for more than 1 year
・1 year or more of programming experience (including additional development and renovation of operation and maintenance)

Educational background: Junior high school graduate or above

Preferred Requirements

[Preferred Qualifications]

- More than 1 year of experience in detailed design and basic design
- Proficiency in Java, C#, and PL/SQL programming languages
- Experience managing a team as a sub-leader
- Possession of business knowledge (such as accounting)
