Job Description

You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of plumbing and HVAC systems in various types of buildings, including office buildings, hotels, commercial facilities, hospitals, and logistics centers. Your role will involve tasks such as estimating costs, managing construction schedules, overseeing material management, safety management, labor management, cost control, and quality control, all aimed at improving the motivation and productivity of the site team.
・You will also be involved in negotiations with various stakeholders, including general contractors, construction companies, and clients.
・The scope of projects ranges from several million yen to several billion yen, and you will be working on both new construction and renovation projects. This variety allows you to engage in a wide range of projects that will help you advance your career, according to your experience level.
・In the first 2–3 years, you will focus on learning the company’s internal rules and the working style of Kansai Electric. This will be a time for you to settle in and gradually take on more responsibilities.

Mandatory Requirements

One of the following qualifications:
・2nd Class Piping Construction Management Engineer
・1st Class Piping Construction Management Engineer Assistant

Candidates who hold one of the above qualifications and have the following experience:
・Experience in construction management of plumbing and HVAC systems.

Preferred Requirements

・Possession of eligibility to take the 1st Class Piping Construction Management Engineer (Supervising Engineer) exam
・Experience as a site manager for plumbing and HVAC construction projects
