At the Niigata office (factory) in Tainai City, you will be responsible for the design and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment in the chemical plant and molding processing plant.

We are looking for someone who will support the growth of the business from an electrical and instrumentation perspective, including tasks such as production increases, quality improvement, and operational stabilization. Specifically, the following tasks will be assigned:
・Specifying and selecting manufacturers for electrical and instrumentation equipment
・Performing design-related tasks such as construction design, ordering, and construction management
・Managing maintenance tasks to maintain the safety and stable production activities of the factory

Required Qualifications:
・Education: At least a technical college graduate (high school graduates are acceptable if they have relevant experience)
・Experience: Experience in the design and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment (no specific industry or years of experience required)

Preferred Qualifications:
・Certifications: Electrician Level 3 (Denki-san-shu)
・Experience: Experience in plant electrical design and maintenance

8:00 AM to 4:45 PM 1-hour break Average Overtime: 30 hours/month Flexible working hours available for those with certain qualifications (no core time required).

Bonus: Twice a year (April and October) ※2022 Annual performance: 5.65 months' salary
