Job Description

■Responsibilities: You will be responsible for electrical equipment construction management, including the following tasks:
・Electrical equipment construction management tasks
・Creation of site management documents (using Excel and Word)
・Creation of construction drawings (using CAD)

■Organization Structure: The team consists of 17 employees in total. Around 12-13 employees are engaged in electrical construction management.

Mandatory Requirements

・Regular driver's license
・Experience in electrical construction management and site supervision

Preferred Requirements

・2nd Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer
・1st Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer

Working Hours

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Average Weekly Working Hours: 37 hours 30 minutes Break Time: 90 minutes Overtime: Yes (overtime work required)

Various Allowances

・Fixed Allowance: Mobile phone usage fee up to ¥5,000
・Overtime Allowance: Depending on your age and skills, there may be a possibility of a fixed overtime allowance from the time of joining. The monthly salary and annual income calculations are based on the assumption of including the fixed overtime allowance. In the future, once you are fully independent in your role, the fixed overtime allowance will apply.
・Commute Allowance: ¥5,000 per month

Holiday-vacation

2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
10-20 days of paid vacation per year (minimum number of days granted after 6 months of employment)
100 days of vacation per year

Holidays include the 2nd and 4th Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays (Obon), and New Year's holidays, etc.
