Salary Details

Job Description

[Job Overview]
You will be responsible for the circuit development of in-vehicle inverter units and battery ECUs.
Depending on your experience and abilities, you will be assigned to either a PM (Project Manager), PL (Project Leader), or team member position.
We are looking for individuals who can enhance the technical level of the team while adapting to trends and responding to next-generation business needs.

[Job Description]
You will design electronic circuits for in-vehicle inverters, boost converters, and battery ECUs for key clients in our strategic area of vehicle electrification. The main tasks will include:
・High-efficiency, high-output inverter/boost converter circuit design
・Battery ECU circuit design
・Selection of components
・Negotiation and coordination with related departments, clients, and partner companies
・DR (Design Review) support
・Progress, quality, and team member management
※ Depending on your experience and suitability, you will be assigned to one of the following positions: PM, PL, or team member.
※ Telework (2-3 days per week) is expected.
※ Although the role is primarily based on outsourcing/consulting, there may also be dispatch work in bridge projects.
