Salary Details

Monthly Salary: ¥260,000 – ¥700,000 + Bonus (twice a year, with last year's performance of 3.85 months) Salary will be determined based on experience and abilities. Overtime is not fixed, and overtime pay will be provided on a per-minute basis. There is a retirement age of 60, after which employees will be on a monthly salary system. Salary Increase: Once a year. Annual Income Examples (including overtime): ¥10,000,000 / Technical Expert / 3 years with the company (Monthly salary ¥700,000) ¥9,000,000 / Senior Professional Engineer / 2 years with the company (Monthly salary ¥540,000) ¥8,000,000 / Chief Engineer / 1 year with the company (Monthly salary ¥480,000) Commuting Allowance: Commuting expenses covered (up to ¥150,000 per month). Housing: Company dormitory and housing system (for families, singles, and unmarried employees). Rent is between ¥20,000 – ¥30,000 per month, with utility costs covered by the individual. ※In the case of a single assignment, an assignment allowance of ¥80,000 per month is provided.

Job Description

[Job Overview]
You will be involved in the following tasks related to mobility products:

1. Design and Development of Control Software and Electronic Circuits for autonomous driving and electrification.
2. Simulation of Various Functions
3. Development Environment Setup and Operation related to 1D-CAE, HILS, MILS simulations, and test benches.
4. Prototype Testing and Post-Release Data Utilization—Design and operate the environment for utilizing data collected from products after release.
※Depending on your experience and abilities, you will be assigned to a position as PM (Project Manager), PL (Project Leader), or team member.

Mandatory Requirements

Industry Experience Not Required; However, the Following Knowledge or Experience is Highly Valued:

Required (one or more of the following):
・Experience in control software development (C language, MBD)
・Experience in electronic circuit design (microcontroller or FPGA peripheral circuits, power electronics, analog circuits such as sensors)
・Experience with HILS/MILS simulations or handling them
・Experience with 1D-CAE simulations or handling them
・Experience in designing and developing systems to utilize test data or product log data
Note: Experience with automotive equipment is not mandatory.

Highest level of education: Graduate school graduate, university graduate, technical college graduate, high school graduate.

Preferred Requirements

・Experience in the full development process from specifications, design, prototype evaluation, to mass production.
・Experience in team management or development management.
・Experience in electronic circuit design for automotive equipment.

・As the work is conducted under outsourcing or quasi-delegated contracts, you will be part of a team of company members, making it easier to improve skills and advance your career.
