・You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and renovation of environmental equipment systems in various types of buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, apartments, department stores, theaters, and hospitals. Your role will include estimating project costs, managing project schedules, overseeing material management, ensuring safety, handling labor management, cost control, and quality management, all aimed at improving site motivation and productivity.
・You will also be responsible for negotiations with various stakeholders, including general contractors, construction companies, and clients.
・The scale of projects ranges from several million yen to several billion yen. With a wide range of projects, including both new construction and renovation, you will be able to engage in projects suited to your career level, allowing for career growth and development.
・The first 2–3 years will be considered a period for learning the company’s internal rules and work style. This is an opportunity to settle in and approach your work steadily.
・Possession of 1st Class Piping Construction Management Engineer (Supervising Engineer) qualification
Depending on skills and experience, the position may be offered as a contract employee.
Education: High school graduate or higher
・Candidates who have experience as a site supervisor on large-scale projects
・Candidates who have experience working on general contractor projects
