In the "Point Fraud Check" business of the Monitoring Service Group, you will be responsible for monitoring users who misuse points in QR code payments operated by client companies. This includes imposing restrictions on fraudulent users and handling point allocations.
In this position, you will perform the actual work while also taking on a leadership role, including negotiations with clients, regular meetings, and reporting, depending on the situation.
Since this is a new business, you will be involved from the opening phase and start alongside your team members. Even if you are inexperienced, the current team members will provide solid support, making this an ideal position for someone who wants to gain leadership experience and advance their career.
Additionally, as this position is for nighttime work, unlike day shifts, you will be able to work at your own pace in a calmer environment.
