Job Description

[Job Description]
In the "Point Fraud Check" business of the Monitoring Service Group, you will be responsible for identifying and restricting users who misuse points in QR code payments operated by client companies, as well as handling point allocations.
In this position, you will not only perform the actual work but also take on a leadership role, handling client negotiations, regular meetings, and reporting based on the situation.
Since this is a new business, you will be involved from the opening phase and start alongside your team members. Even if you are inexperienced, the current team members will provide solid support, making this an ideal position for those who want to gain leadership experience and advance their careers.
Additionally, as this is a night shift position, you will be able to work at your own pace in a calmer environment compared to day shifts.

[Job Duties]
・Identify users who misuse points
・Impose restrictions or handle point allocations for fraudulent users
・Handle phone calls with users (about 20% of the overall duties)
・Internal and external negotiations
・Regular meetings with clients
・Report submissions
・Project management

[Training After Joining]
Since this is a new business, you will start alongside your team members. The assistant manager of your department will provide support and thorough training.
You will be in an environment where it's easy to ask questions, so you can start with confidence.

Mandatory Requirements

・Comfortable with handling phone calls with external parties
